Job summary

Calranch is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to supervise daily store operations, promote excellent customer service, and support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store. The role focuses on maximizing sales and controlling costs while managing staff and resources.

You will oversee merchandising, schedules, payroll, and security procedures, with the ability to step in for the Store Manager when needed. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of operating a POS system preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales promotion activities and merchandise displays and signage.
• Recruit, train, develop, and communicate with staff and assess performance.
• Plan and prepare work schedules for associates.
• Monitor and order merchandise to replenish stock.
• Ensure compliance with security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures.
