Panda Restaurant Group in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store, driving guest satisfaction and financial results. You will lead by example, train teammates, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll hire, manage and direct associates, oversee daily operations, and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program designed to prepare you for future growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Complete a multiweek store leadership training program to prepare for success.
