As an Assistant Manager you’ll help run a single store, hire and direct staff, drive financial results, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and lead associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to ensure store success and smooth operations.
• Participate in and complete the 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
