As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide a 3+ weeks (often 3 or more) leadership training program to prepare for success.
