As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and ensure guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program
