Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and manage personnel to meet goals.
• Hire, train and direct associates for guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Complete a 3+ week store leadership training program.
