Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an attentive manager to lead our store team in Kennesaw, GA. The role includes a mandatory 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and a focus on hiring, development, and maintaining a high-performance staff.

You will analyze daily sales, manage expenses, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue through staff leadership and effective store management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
