A three-week or longer leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. We value flexibility, including open and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and require a high school diploma and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
