GPM Investments is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4705 in Morehead City, NC. The role supports the Store Manager, runs the register, and leads a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Candidates must have open weekend availability, reliable transportation, and English communication skills. A Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable, with weekly pay, bonuses, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning, trash removal, and outdoor areas.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient English communication and basic math.

• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules; ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
