GPM Investments, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at a high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, and ensure customer service excellence across all shifts.

This role requires open availability for weekends and holidays, with potential for growth into store leadership. Weekly pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Must have valid driver’s license, access to personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for deposits.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.

• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and oversee store financials.

What You’ll Do
