GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to energize and run a busy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run registers, and lead a team across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The role emphasizes customer service, upselling, inventory control, and store operations. The ideal candidate is 21+, with open availability and a willingness to learn Topshelf Manager training in Tennessee, and will receive weekly pay, a sign-on bonus after 6 months, and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and leadership on shift.
• Operate the register and help customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist with hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and adjust team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and oversee store financials.

• Minimum Age Requirement 21+ years old
• Communication Skills Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to Learn Especially in Tennessee, where Topshelf Manager Training is required.
• Certification Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
