Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for our store in Wrentham, MA. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to create memorable experiences. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and ownership of tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will help with merchandising, inventory, and store presentation while learning new processes and tools to support brand

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience preferred.

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Associate, Wrentham Village to join our team located at our Store 5412-Wrentham Village Premium Outlets-Soma-Wrentham, MA 02093.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
