You will support the Store Manager, coach baristas, maintain operational standards, and assist with scheduling, inventory, and labor controls while promoting a positive, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or restaurant supervisory experience (Starbucks experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
