Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a store supervisor in Massachusetts to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure top-notch customer service. Your leadership will shape store performance, staff development, and the customer experience across sales floors and stockrooms.

You’ll handle opening/closing routines, staffing and scheduling, payroll, training, and product knowledge while maintaining brand standards, driving sales, and protecting store assets in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
