Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for team members in Woodbridge, VA. This role acts as a store leader, nurturing relationships with customers and associates while driving daily operations.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit and develop talent, deliver exceptional omnichannel service, and maintain a welcoming environment. A hospitality mindset and at least 1 year of retail management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
