Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

You will drive sales by delivering best-in-class customer service, oversee opening and closing routines and ensure store processes run smoothly. You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, lead floorset updates and visual merchandising, analyze reports to guide decisions, manage staffing and payroll, and promote from within to develop

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Job Description: The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. The starting rate for this position is $21.50 per hour. (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $21.50-$21.50 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
