Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in San Jose to blend leadership with teaching within a busy store environment. You will participate in a Manager in Training program, hire and develop a crew, and ensure service and operational excellence.

You will coach staff, uphold standards, and manage costs while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication, basic accounting, and a flexible schedule are required; a local food handler's card may be needed.

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$43,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annual
