Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team while completing a comprehensive Manager in Training program. You will hire, train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and oversee daily operations to maintain productivity and cost controls.

The role emphasizes growth as a leader within a fast-paced, service-driven retail environment, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement to larger leadership assignments.

• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
• 2+ years coffee bar management experience

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$43,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annual
