The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and work to improve efficiency across all store processes. They apply creative expertise for floor set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, while also leading talent initiatives such as recruiting, training, engagement, and development. What You’ll Do

• Perform opening and closing routines.
