Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager - Sourcing with 3–4 years of hands-on procurement experience for its Turbhe New Office. The role entails end-to-end P2P execution, RFQ handling, and SAP MM purchase orders in a dynamic industrial procurement environment.

You will develop suppliers, analyze prices, and ensure policy compliance while coordinating with stores, planning, and accounts. B.Tech/B.E. in engineering required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on procurement experience.
• Experience in industrial procurement and vendor management.
• SAP MM experience is mandatory.
• B.Tech / B.E in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong negotiation and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Floating RFQs and obtaining competitive quotations from vendors.
• Creating and releasing Purchase Orders through SAP MM.
• Coordination with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining procurement data and records in Excel.
• Developing new vendors and strengthening supplier base.
• Price analysis and negotiation with suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Cross-functional coordination with stores, planning, and accounts.
