Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions is seeking a dynamic Purchase Engineer / Purchase Executive in Turbhe for full-time employment. The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial procurement and vendor management, with SAP MM expertise and a strong P2P background.

The candidate will manage RFQs, create POs, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain procurement data in Excel, while developing new vendors and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on industrial procurement and vendor management.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• SAP MM module experience (mandatory).
• Experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Floating RFQs and obtaining competitive quotations from vendors.
• Creating and releasing Purchase Orders through SAP MM.
• Coordination and follow-up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining procurement data and records in Excel.
• Developing new vendors and strengthening supplier base.
• Price analysis and effective negotiation with suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
• Cross-functional coordination with stores, planning and accounts.
