Job summary

Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO is hiring for winter season 2026/2027 for a leadership role in Ski Patrol. You will coordinate patrollers, uphold safety standards, and drive guest service excellence across mountain operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years patrol experience, EMT/OEC certification, and strong English communication and computer skills. The role includes daily leadership duties, performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to company policies while supporting training and safety

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of patrol or similar experience.
• Must have current EMT or OEC certification based on minimum resort requirements.
• Knowledge of patrol including: medical, scheduling, weather, training, snowmobile, accident investigation, lift evacuation, and slope safety.
• Working computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Must be proficient in communication in English-speaking, writing and comprehension.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead patrollers and oversee day-to-day patrol operations on the mountain.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to plan daily projects and safety initiatives.
• Deliver coaching and feedback, enforce performance standards and company policies.
