Job summary

Blaze Pizza in Frisco, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager (Shift Leader) to lead daily restaurant operations, coach teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction during each shift. You will supervise staff, monitor service quality, and help maintain a fast-paced, welcoming atmosphere at our Preston Rd location.

The role calls for 1–2 years in a supervisory or quick-service setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Stable work history with 1–2 years in a supervisory role or quick service restaurant.
• Strong management, team building, and communication skills.
