Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking an Assistant Service Experience Manager in Laguna Niguel to lead a team, drive customer-focused initiatives, and partner with merchandising and store teams to implement change that enhances service quality.

The role supports budgeting and financial aspects, enforces security and privacy practices, and ensures effective use of technology to improve performance. High school diploma preferred; strong communication and multitasking required.

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$23.50 - $30.75 Hourly
