Job summary

Nordstrom Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager to drive sales through directive selling and by setting and achieving targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, assist in business planning, coach on service standards, and ensure inventory and merchandising excellence across the department.

Qualifications

• A track record of successful results (productivity, personal trade, etc.).
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience building productive relationships with department and store leaders.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay Range Details

Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$16.50 - $24.25 Hourly
