Nordstrom Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in San Antonio, TX. The role emphasizes directive selling, coaching and leading by example to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage inventory with shrinkage controls, and collaborate with department leadership to maintain presentation standards and drive store performance.

• The ability to set and achieve sales goals


• Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department and store managers, divisional retail merchandiser and other leaders


• Strong organizational and follow-through skills


• A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range Details

Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$16.50 - $24.25 Hourly
