Nordstrom, Inc. in Morrisville is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager who excels at directive selling, sets sales goals and delivers an exceptional customer experience on the floor.

You will recruit, hire, train, and motivate a team; work with the department manager to meet volume and productivity targets; coach associates to provide outstanding service; ensure merchandising standards are maintained and manage inventory to reduce shrinkage.

Qualifications

• Track record of successful results, e.g., strong productivity and personal trade.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals and build productive relationships with department/store leaders.
• Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department/store managers and leaders.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$16.60 - $27.00 Hourly
