Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager in Colorado to drive sales, coach a team on customer service, and help execute business plans on the floor. You will recruit, train and motivate staff to meet department goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will collaborate with the department manager to maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory, and reduce shrinkage, building strong relationships with store leaders and customers alike.

You own this if you have…

• A track record of successful results, for example, strong productivity, personal trade, etc.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment
• The ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department and store managers, divisional retail merchandiser and other leaders
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Colorado: $16.60 - $27.00 hourly
