Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 0960 at Sands Shopping Center in Oceanside, NY. This role supports customer experience, leads a team, and strengthens store culture to drive results on the sales floor.

You will coach associates, model brand behaviors, and collaborate with leadership to recruit, train, and develop talent while ensuring seamless omnichannel shopping for customers.

• 1+ year retail management experience.

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
