Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations while ensuring quality standards.

• Assist Restaurant Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training of team members; conduct performance appraisals.
• Support maintenance of equipment, facilities, and grounds; implement preventive maintenance.
• Assist in executing local marketing plans and achieving sales goals.
• Participate in hiring decisions and have authority to hire/fire as needed.
