Job summary

Foot Locker in the United States is seeking an operations team member to manage merchandise shipments, locate orders, and support store transfers. You will help keep inventory moving, follow loss prevention policies, and contribute to a seamless customer experience through accurate paperwork and timely communication.

This role requires leadership presence, reliability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills Locate orders
• Reconciles store-to-store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and other receiving paperwork per policy
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink
• Performs tasks to maintain visual merchandising standards, pricing, directives, and compliance impacting customer experience
