Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience, footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Supervise store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Recruit, train and evaluate store personnel.
• Provide extraordinary customer service per policies.
• Protect assets and financial information; monitor inventory and trends.
