Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Anna, TX location. You will supervise the food service function, grocery and fountain sales, coach the store crew, and help ensure a great customer experience while maximizing sales.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of retail/food service management, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver license. Work hours vary with a rotating schedule; expected around 45 hours per week.

• 2 years of retail/food service management experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's policies and practices are followed.
