Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• AMAP certification is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills as well as good organizational and administrative skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Manager with supervision and training of Direct Support Professionals to provide ongoing support and maintain a high quality of life for residents.
• Assists with training of new employees to ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintains weekly staff schedules by assigning shifts based on availability and resident needs.
• Maintains records of staff attendance, performance, and supervision needs to ensure effective supervision.
• Verifies documentation of treatment plans is current and complete daily.
