I Am Boundless, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Worthington, OH to support residents with developmental disabilities and assist the Residential Manager with programming and services.

This full-time position offers opportunities to contribute to a mission-led nonprofit serving Ohio for over 40 years. The role requires a high school diploma, two years of relevant experience, First Aid/CPR certification, and a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must pass background check, drug screen and health screen as applicable.
• Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
