Sonic in Owasso, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant with the General Manager. You will lead people, operations, profits, and sales, ensuring a high-quality food and service experience in a clean, safe, and efficient setting.

You will hire, train, and develop the crew to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers, while delivering consistent performance and serving our community with a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• One to two years of prior restaurant management experience.
• QSR experience highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant (People, Operations, Profits, and Sales) in conjunction with the General Manager.
