Marcus Theatres in Rosemount, MN is hiring an Assistant Manager for part-time shifts. The role focuses on coaching staff, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining smooth theater operations. Starting pay is $16.50/hr with growth opportunities and excellent benefits.

The Assistant Manager will lead teams in a fast-paced environment, hire and train associates, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and a commitment to the Marcus Theatres experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming guest experience and anticipate needs to exceed expectations.
• Supervise, motivate, reward and coach restaurant associates.
• Execute theater operations processes to keep the venue running smoothly.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing staff.
• Evaluate KPIs to drive guest satisfaction and results.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the theater.
• Follow directions from theater and corporate management.
