Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced theatre team in Missouri. You will coach staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and execute theatre operations that deliver a great guest experience.

• Assist with hiring, training and associate development.
• Evaluate KPIs to drive guest satisfaction and results.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and traffic.
• Follow directions from theatre and corporate management teams.
