About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team, helping to bring our brand to life for our customers. You are responsible for driving profitable sales growth through various store functions including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You support the execution of the store strategy to meet performance goals. In collaboration with your General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, you will coach and develop Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to cultivate a high-performing team that delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Support strategies and processes to drive store sales with a customer-centric approach.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a highly productive team of Brand Associates and Experts.
  • Own specific areas of responsibility within the store.
  • Implement action plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform Service Leader duties as assigned.
  • Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
  • Represent the brand and stay informed about competitors and the retail landscape.
  • Promote community involvement.
  • Leverage omni-channel retail strategies to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
Who You Are
  • Current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven, motivated by metrics to meet business goals.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and coach others for growth and development.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • Proficient with retail technology and able to maneuver around the store, stockroom, and office; capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
