As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team, helping to bring our brand to life for our customers. You are responsible for driving profitable sales growth through various store functions including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You support the execution of the store strategy to meet performance goals. In collaboration with your General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, you will coach and develop Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to cultivate a high-performing team that delivers a best-in-class customer experience.
