Job Responsibilities

• Insures accurate and timely timecard management for self and staff.
• Upholds dress code standards for self and staff.
• Uses company tools and processes to document staff performance.
• Models integrity and treats others with respect.
• Signs customers up for the cake club and explains the benefits.
• Assists the store manager with creating weekly and monthly schedules.
• Completes all assigned duties within given deadlines.
• Resolves customer issues quickly and delivers appropriate solutions to make customers happy.
• Manages retail inventory variance and completes inventory on time.
• Is responsible for cash variance for sales and petty cash.
• Utilizes FIFO guidelines and reduces waste.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance.
• Uses operational tools to ensure completion of opening and closing duties.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Follows appropriate slicing guidelines.
• Provides meaningful feedback to the DM with suggestions for improvement.
• Engages in monthly promotional goals.
• Completes all required employee training.
• Asks questions if something is unclear and seeks out opportunities to learn.
• Assists with coaching employees on sales techniques to help increase sales for both bakery and retail products.
• Ensures employees adhere to sales initiatives.
