WHBM is seeking an Assistant Manager at Store 3262-Prime Outlets at Pleasant Prairie-WHBM-Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a memorable customer experience. The role emphasizes hospitality, product knowledge, and omni-channel service in a high-energy retail environment.

You will drive sales, develop associates, and maintain brand standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members alike.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers—that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You'll bring to the role

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
