WHBM is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving a customer-centered experience, and building community connections at Store3262-PrimeOutlets at Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will help create memorable, personalized experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, strong communication skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment-for both associates and customers-that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.
