Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in all store operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervising and training team members, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and providing feedback/coaching.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to development and implementation of strategies to improve store performance and achieve goals.
• Performing administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Acting GM in GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
