Job summary

Domino’s Pizza Team DAKS is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Managers to help run store operations and support the General Manager. You’ll work closely with leadership to maintain high customer service standards, quality food, and efficient daily processes.

This role offers hands-on leadership development, opportunities to train staff, and exposure to in-store management tasks within our Texas, Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all restaurant operations.
• Supervise and train team members and provide feedback.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategies to improve restaurant performance.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as GM in the GM's absence to ensure continuity.
