Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Photo + Video to oversee all stages of photo and video production across KISS brands.

You will lead shoots, manage schedules, budgets, and on-set execution while aligning with brand strategy and cross-functional teams. You will coordinate asset delivery, post-production, and asset usage tracking, ensuring compliance with licenses and expiration dates, and support broader production asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Advertising.
• Bachelor of Arts in Art.
• Bachelor of Arts in Film.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for photo/video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and on-set execution.
• Manage production budgets and vendor payments, including negotiating rates and processing invoices.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align shoot objectives with brand strategy.
• Oversee asset delivery and post-production to meet timelines and brand standards.
• Track model usage records, licensing terms, and expirations.
• Support production asset management (EQ, props, wardrobe, etc.).

This role supports creative and marketing objectives by ensuring shoots run smoothly, budgets stay on track, and deliverables meet brand standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position helps translate creative vision into high-quality, impactful content that drives business goals.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end production for all photo and video shoots across KISS brands, including scheduling, logistics, crew management, and on-set execution. Manage production budgets and vendor payments, including negotiating rates, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams to align shoot objectives with brand strategy and campaign goals. Oversee asset delivery and post-production, ensuring all final files meet brand standards, timelines, and usage requirements. Track and maintain model usage records, including approved media, usage terms, licensing periods, and expiration dates. Monitor upcoming expirations and coordinate renewals or notify teams to remove assets as needed to ensure compliance with usage agreements. Support for our production asset management (EQ, props, wardrobe, etc.)

The anticipated compensation range is 22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
