Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the doing of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence
• Aims to develop understanding of the business to GM level within a year
• Creates connections with guests and teaches the team to do the same
• Drives sales through speed, service, and problem-solving on shift
• Leads on root-cause analysis to enable sustainable improvements
• Manages daily administrative tasks and links them to overall business success
• Oversees cash handling and responsible for store funds on shift
• Manages orders, inventory, waste control, and rotation of stock
• Maintains a holistic view of store success beyond a single shift
• Fosters a culture that reflects Caribou’s core values and brand
