Job summary

Domino's in Granby is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced kitchen and lead shifts alongside the General Manager. You will develop the team, uphold high customer service standards, and ensure product quality while learning how to advance to General Manager.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift

Responsibilities

• Train and develop your team
• Make sure everyone on your shift shows up and is ready to go
• Place food orders and keep inventory in check
• Put product quality above everything else
• Keep the team looking sharp and professional

• Make sure every call is answered on the first ring
