Domino's Pizza in Granby is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, train your team and uphold high customer service and quality.

You’ll work side by side with the General Manager, with a direct path toward a GM role. The role pays $15–$18 per hour with bonus opportunities and includes employee discounts and insurance options.

This is a full-time position with a clear growth track, including a franchise ownership pathway for eligible managers.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
