Job summary

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Saint Louis location. You will lead teams, manage daily operations, ensure food safety, and foster a high-performance culture to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, cost control, staff development, and collaboration with the General Manager on growth initiatives. Flexible shifts and friendly team environment offered.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced food service or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization.
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making.
• Basic math and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.

• Handle cash management and daily financial reporting.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in local marketing and community activities.
• Step in to perform various roles as needed, hands-on leadership.
