You will manage staff, ensure food quality and customer service, handle inventory and scheduling, and support the Store Manager with marketing initiatives and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly.
